Bomberg Watches: Background
Young Swiss watch company Bomberg (est 2012) is already making a name for itself as one to keep an eye on. Located in the heart of the watchmaking town of Neuchâtel, the brand, according to CEO Giancarlo Mantuano, is about being “bold, daring, provocative, to lead, to defy conformity and unleash your inner beast”. The sixties-inspired watches can be twisted off the strap and attached to a chain, which can then be worn as a necklace or bracelet. And the bullhead is not on the three as on a normal watch but on the 12, like a stopwatch. Regardless of your frame or stature, Bomberg’s masculine styling coupled with high-performance features in the £750 – £1,200 price range is worth exploring. ML
